Adult Australian passport renewal eligibility
The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a PC7 form:
- you are an adult (18 years or older); AND
- your most recent passport was issued when you were 16 years or older; AND
- you are not changing any of your personal details on the passport, AND
- your most recent passport is/was valid for over 2 years at the time of issue; AND
- your most recent passport has not been reported lost/stolen; AND
- your most recent passport was issued on or after 1 January 2006.
Supporting documents required for your renewal application
You will need to bring the following with you to your appointment:
1. Completed and printed PC7 application form, siged and dated. No alterations and no white-out. Your signature must be completly within the white box.
2. Expiring/expired passport
3. Two passport photos that meet the Australian photo requirements. The applicant must print their Full Name and sign the back of one photo. Please do not attach the photos with paperclips, tape or glue. Leave them loose and we will attach them.
4. Completed B11 form if your previous passport is damaged (can be completed at time of appointment).
5. Passport fee payable in Euro or AUD by debit or credit card only. A postage fee applies if you wish your new passport to be sent to you by registered mail.
